Rota Consulting d.o.o. is a company with a tradition of over 30 years in areas of accounting, tax consulting, reporting, and payroll calculation for micro, small, and medium enterprises. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a new team member for the position of: INDEPENDENT ACCOUNTANT

Job Description:

• Independently manage company bookkeeping with direct communication with clients, in accordance with the accounting regulations of the Republic of Serbia
• Posting of incoming and outgoing invoices, credit notes, bank statements, cash receipts, compensations
• Timely managing inventory accounting, clearance of goods, import calculations, checking of sales and purchase ledger, inventories, retail operations
• Calculation, control, and submission of VAT returns
• Client communication, analytical cards reconciliation, and checking of Open Item Statement
• Preparation for statement of accounts: amortization of fixed assets, intangible assets, foreign exchange differences, leasing alignment, loans, provisions
• Coordination with other departments within the company

Requirements:

• Knowledge of the Pantheon accounting software
• High school or university degree in economics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in an agency
• Proficiency in computer use, especially Excel
• Good command of the English language
• Teamwork skills, responsibility, precision, communication skills, politeness
